It takes place at Kent cricket club’s St Lawrence Ground in Canterbury on Monday November 5, with the hot-coals challenge being followed by a spectacular fireworks display.

And you can sign up for both events, without having to make any fundraising commitment, for a flat rate of £30.

Event coordinator Dominic Comins of the KM Charity Team said: “If you’re looking to mark Bonfire Night in a unique and exciting way, there’s no better option than Buster’s Charity Firewalk.

“The firewalk really will provide a compelling spectacle, with the strip of embers glowing in the evening darkness like a carpet of fire.

“But you only have days left in which to buy tickets, so you have to get your skates on if you want to take part.”

Book now at www.kmcharityteam.co.uk/booking, and find out more information by contacting Mr Comins by calling 0844 264 0291 or emailing dcomins@thekmgroup.co.uk.

The event will be managed by specialist UK Firewalk, whose founder – former firewalk world record holder Scott Bell – will train participants before they walk across coals with a temperature above 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

Participants must be 11 or above.
