A man has been captured on doorbell footage stealing a woman's milk delivery meant for her children's breakfast cereal.

The milk was stolen at 3.11am in the morning and the man is seen bending down to take the milk and taking off with it in his hand.

The woman, who lives on Marshall Road, Rainham said: "I know it's petty and not the crime of the century, but this gent has decided it's acceptable to walk up onto my property and take the milk my children would have had on their cereal that morning.

"I know it's trivial, but it's so annoying and who knows what else he gets up to? It all adds up, causing inconvenience and cost to people that don't deserve it."

The incident occurred on Wednesday, August 24.

The woman has confirmed she intends to contact the police regarding the incident.
