A starlet is being given the chance to appear on stage with EastEnders’ actor Joe Swash.

The team behind this year’s pantomime at the Central Theatre, Chatham, Cinderella, Evolution Productions, is on the lookout for a new star to appear as Cinders alongside Joe, who will play Buttons.

Open auditions to find the perfect Cinderella are taking place at The Central Theatre on Sunday. Registration is at 10.30am.

You must be aged 17-25, be a strong singer, have great acting skills and be a competent dancer. You must be available from Monday, December 1, 2008 until Sunday, January, 4, 2009.

The auditions will be in a workshop format, so everyone will have a chance to sing, dance and act, as well as spend time with professional choreographers, directors and musicians.
